This bug might not be related with VE , not sure of the component .
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with image
2.Now resize down the window from below to a smaller size
3.Click on the icon below the image to bring up the media-viewer tool
4.Now again resize the window to the full size by dragging below.
Observed Result:
The image gets displaced too while resizing and the cross icon appears on top
of the image.
