These icons would have to be optional or linked in some way to the type of
polling being done, because the SecurePoll interface is used in different ways
depending on the vote/process it's used for. In the past few years, it has been
used for Support/Oppose/Neutral radio button voting, for Schulze method voting
(ranking of candidates, requiring insertion of numbers) and for the Personal
Image Filter referendum that used text questions with a sliding scale radio
button.  It is conceivable that other voting or polling systems may be used in
the future.
