Take for example the page on France, Q142.
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q142
Wouldn't it be nice if the following link
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q142#P36
would directly point to the statement (or rather group of statements) with
property P36, i.e. capital.
For that, the statement would need to have an anchor ID like P36 - and that
would be all. And external links could point directly to a specific statement.
