I filed the report because I saw a sudden pattern of new users creating user pages at that /UserProfileInput sub page address rather than at the normal top-level address. It was only the occasional new user, and no other pattern had emerged. The one instance of that "UserProfileInput" phrase I could find via various searches was in the cvs link in my report.
