Intention:
Add a label to [http://example.com/]
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the page in VisualEditor
2. Click on the link (which displays as "[1]")
Actual Results:
Nothing. It is not possible to edit the link. If opened manually, the link
inspector is empty.
Expected Results:
1. That the link icon would display when the link was selected.
2. That the link inspector would show the URL.
3. That a label could be added (to create [http://example.com Example.com])
