In the messages files we have some duplicate messages
being:
'login' => 'Log in',
'nav-login-createaccount' => 'Log in / create account',
'userlogin' => 'Log in / create account',
'userloginnocreate' => 'Log in',
It is possible that one pair of these could be removed. I do not know what
files use them and where.
