After I create a new Service Group via
https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NovaServiceGroup&action=addservicegroup&projectname=tools
, the confirmation page just says that the group has been created and gives me
a link to the page for ALL service groups. Perhaps there's a way to link
specifically to the now-created group?
