Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on Edit for a page
2.Add a reference
3.Use same reference multiple times in the page
4.Now again while adding reference click on "Use an Existing reference"
Observed Result:
On this dialog box beside the reference [1] the ref name ":0" appears.
