In flow.i18n.php
    'flow-page-title' => '$1 – Flow',

so all Flow boards have " – Flow" on the end of their normal h1 heading and
<title> tag.

It's a reminder that you're seeing something new and different from other talk
pages, but IMO I don't think it's essential, and we're not doing it
consistently e.g. viewing individual posts, topics, and history there's no " –
Flow" on the end. (The Iteration5  design comps call for the tab to appear as
[Board], not [Discussion], but we never did that.) Maryana, what say you?

I suspect this is an unneeded leftover from when you viewed Flow boards at
Special:Flow/Some_Title and the code had
 'flow-specialpage' => '$1 &ndash; Flow' (Used as page title in
[[Special:Flow]]. ...)
