Use validate_mandatory_checkboxes instead of validate_mandatory_radiobutton
If you have a form field that is a radiobutton, mandatory, without a default,
uses validate_mandatory_radiobutton, which looks to see if the "None" button is
checked. The form printer defaults the "None" button to the first button, when
mandatory is specified, but, there is no "None" button. Therefore if the first
radiobutton is checked in this scenario it will always fail validation.
