Steps to reproduce:
1.Click on the Edit button for a page
2.Type two paragraphs
3.Add a text with reference
4.Add a reflist
5.Save the page
6.Re-open the editor
7.Delete the reference and the reflist and the second paragraph
8.Save the page
Observed Result:
The second paragraph and the text with reference did not get deleted.
