Right now its just a namespace with no pages in it. Why en wikinews opinion ns stopped appearing to you is a good question. Check to make sure you have js enabled, and if it persists write a message on either [[n:Wikinews:Water Cooler/technical]] or my talk. (Here is not a good place to report bugs for that, since the js that does the opinion tab is maintained by the wikinews community, not the devs, so bug reports relating to that should be sent to the wikinewsies).
