Steps to reproduce:
Still Unknown.Will update once I get it.
Mostly it occurred to me when I reload an open editor after an idle time or
switch from Edit Source to VE it does not the editor and shows the following
error:
TypeError:Cannot read property 'Element' of undefined >TypeError
