When I created user super'fantastic in the Chromium browser, I went immediately
to my usertalk page, to create a test post. When trying to submit that post, I
got this message:
"Exception Caught: Title "User_talk:Super'fantastic" does not exist."

I then reloaded the page by clicking the "Discussion" tab, and thereafter it
worked properly.
