--- Comment #17 from Tomasz W. Kozlowski <[email protected]> ---
Ideally font information should be located at the appropriate file description
pages, but I can see that is not the case with Wikibooks logos.

If you use Chrome, you can identify where the file description is located by
right-clicking on the logo, and choosing the "Inspect element" option from the
menu.

URLs like "upload.wikimedia.org/wikibooks/zh/0/06/Wiki_zh-hant.png" mean that
the file is located on the local Wikibooks project, with the file name
"Wiki_zh-hant.png" (so you can see the description page at
<https://zh.wikibooks.org/wiki/File:Wiki_zh-hant.png>); URLs like
"upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/9b/Wikibooks-logo-th.png" mean the
file is located on Wikimedia Commons, with the file name
"Wikibooks-logo-th.png"
(<https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikibooks-logo-th.png>), etc.

If no font information is given on the file description page, the best and
fastest way is to try to reach the uploader; their usernames are visible in the
"File history" section if you scroll down a bit.

That said, I suggest to remove the Korean Wikibooks logo from the GCI task,
since <https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikibooks-logo-ko-new.svg>
exist, having been uploaded on November 8, 2013.
