Sometimes I do not get notifications when my username is mentioned and linked.
I cannot recognize any rule behind it – user:Pajz used both direct linking to
my userpage and using the {{ping}} template as well as his signature used both
the English ("User:") and local (German, "Benutzer:") namespacenames.
