Steps to reproduce:
1.Open the Editor
2.Add a reference to a line
3.Add a references list
4.Now add someother lines after the reflist with references
5.Save the page
Observed Result:
The following error appears where as there is already a reflist.
Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page, but the references will not show
without a {{reflist}} template (see the help page).
