It would be useful to upgrade Bugzilla to latest version, which has lots of
wonderful features: e.g. 3.4 hides email addresses to logged-out users
(http://www.bugzilla.org/releases/3.4/release-notes.html#v34_feat_spam ), which
is generally very appreciated.
