Steps to reproduce:
1.Open any article on VE
2.Add a bullet list
3.Try to add an image as a bulleted item of that list ( the image goes to the
right side but keep it like that)
4.Save the page
5.Reopen the editor
6.Now go to position where empty bullet list is.
7.Now try to remove it by clicking ob bullet list icon from the toolbar
Observed Result:
The Editor become completely unresponsive
