Per previous bug 44054 and local consensus to enable the extension get at the
time of the previous bug report, please allow that local sysops from
br.wikimedia grant access to the relevant userrights (translate,
translate-manage, pagetranslation, translate-messagereview, translate-proofr).
As you can see, there is a delay of almost a year from the previous request to
this one. This is because, from my side, I was very busy on real life and from
the others community members they or don't needed to use this extension or
don't figured how to get working with this feature =)
