We are created this "উইকিপিডিয়া:Upload"
(http://bn.wikipedia.org/wiki/উইকিপিডিয়া:Upload) page as
like English wikipedia
"Wikipedia:Upload"(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Upload). But when we
click on any blue link it open a page for upload file with english interface
left side sidebar and other interface. How do we fix this issue.
