Rather than just having red exclamation points for unpatrolled pages, patrolled
revisions should have (perhaps in small print) "[patrolled by SoAndSo]" next to
them. That way, people can see who patrolled a page; depending on how
trustworthy they view that patroller as being, they can check or not check the
revision themselves for quality.

I think in most cases, people don't bother to check the Patrol Log to see who
is marking bad edits as patrolled; they just revert bad edits they find and do
not say anything to the patroller. Also, some people check both patrolled and
unpatrolled revisions because they don't know who patrolled it and whether that
person can be trusted; this defeats the point of marking revisions patrolled.
This enhancement will encourage more accountability and efficiency.
