[[Category:Flow]] to the header).
Similarly, http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/wiki/Talk:River_source should be in
http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/wiki/Category:Start-Class_River_articles (compare
with http://ee-flow.wmflabs.org/wiki/Talk:Headwater (not Flow-enabled) which
has the same banner).
Problem: Where do we display the category bar, on an infinitely-scrolling page?
