Test user names for cohort (from it.wikisource)
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new cohort
** name cohort as "reuse_name"
** fill in a cohort description (e.g. "Test cohort to check name reuse")
** choose a default project (e.g. "itwikisource")
** choose CSV file "reuse_name.csv" attached
** Validate as "User names"
2) Cohort upload should be successful
3) Remove cohort
4) Repeat step 1
This second time the file won't upload because in the first and it will appear
"This cohort name is taken."
