Applicants currently enter wiki names as freeform text. Chapters often would
like to sponsor applicants who are active on a particular wiki of set of wikis
and the Scholarship Committee has to expend a non-trivial amount of amount of
effort to generate reports based on wiki participation.
Since the complete list of wikis is quite long it would be nice if this select
list was accompanied by some javascript progressive enhancement that allowed
autocomplete style data entry for supported user-agents.
