Please make URL non case-sensitive
For example, if I put string "brd" to search form then I follow to page
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRD
But, if I put string "brd" to address bar - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/brd
then MediaWiki write to me message "Wikipedia does not have an article with
this exact name"
