For example, for https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/99779/ it would be helpful
to see what percentage of Wikimedia's traffic comes from Firefox >= 4.0 (when
the feature was introduced in Firefox requiring a vendor prefix) and <= 15.0
(the last version requiring the vendor prefix).
