Seen in beta labs with these repro steps:
1) Open Visual Editor.
2) Select "Transclusion" from the "Insert" menu.
3) Type some characters in the "New Template" text box.
In previous releases of VE, the user would get a list of template suggestions.
That list of suggestions doesn't seem to be displaying anymore :(
