In the smallest, most compact view of Flow, we're still only loading 10
discussions at a time. I often reach the bottom of the page and have to wait a
second or two for more topics to load.
We should load more than 10 topics by default (20-30?) in the most compact
view, especially once we make it even more compact (compactiest?).
