0) Make sure your browser send accept-language headers which prefer language
other than English
1) Go to http://dev.translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:MainPage?beta=1
2) Register for the sandbox
Observed: After page reloads the interface language is back to English
Expected: The interface language does not change
I'm filing this against translate, as I think this might be because sandbox
creates the users in a different way than normally. If this also applies to
normal user registration, a separate bug can filed for that.
