The URL check in

needs an update now that WMF also starts using
https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/* instead of
https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/*
Should not be done before fixing bug 49597 because the location of the file
will change by that upgrade.
