I have my browser set to en_GB. Don't ask me why.
When UploadWizard says "we don't have a tutorial in your language, here's the
English one instead", that's a little silly, because my language *is* English.
Maybe we should say the name of the initial language too? "We don't have a
tutorial file in English (United Kingdom), here's the one in English" would be
much better.
