I was just wondering why we have an 'edit' mode for this part of the page when
viewing an article. It seemed weird to me.
Then I suddenly noticed that even weirder, we have NO edit link for the
languages on the action=edit mode of the page, while it's presence there would
be much more logical. In that mode it should probably use _blank to prevent
closing the edit window though.
