These should probably only respond to click events although it seems they
currently support the click and drag functionality of a drop down box. If you
are editing a textarea in the right hand panel and you click and drag from
right to left to select all the text you will often end up with your mouse over
the outline widget. Releasing your mouse here will cause you to jump to a
random page.
