I suggest including in templateData a field about the namespaces where the
template is intended to be used. VE should use this field to suggest the
template only in the right namespaces.
For example, nowadays VE suggest using template documentation templates while
editing articles, but such templates should only be used in template namespace.
TemplateData could make VE know that those templates shouldn't be suggested
there.
