            Bug ID: 58682
Summary: Bouncing collapsible tabs when window is certain width
           Product: MediaWiki
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Unprioritized
         Component: JavaScript
          Assignee: wikibugs-l@lists.wikimedia.org
          Reporter: mou...@hotmail.co.uk
                CC: krinklem...@gmail.com, matma....@gmail.com,
                    tpars...@wikimedia.org
    Classification: Unclassified
   Mobile Platform: ---

Occasionally when resizing the window, causing the right navigation tabs to
start to collapse, the tabs will begin to cycle through the collapsing and
expanding animations over and over. A video of the bug in action on mobile can
be seen here
https://www.dropbox.com/s/rph1olxmxoinwv8/Video%2015-12-2013%2003%2055%2014.mov.

This is reproducible, with some luck, on Wikipedia by visiting the Main Page
talk page and resizing the page until the point at which the 'New section' tab
collapses. By shrinking and expanding the width of the window a few pixels
around this point and refreshing the page, the bug will eventually occur.
