MobileFrontend needs some way of writing tests that will run on the desktop
site. One example is Special:Nearby
If7a0d4e873fcecbe12a972a7b9e21a8d1b35c9be introduced a test for the mobile
version but a corresponding identical test also needs to run in desktop.
The desktop environment differs somewhat from the mobile environment in that
certain CSS selectors will not be applicable here.
Going forward we may also want to allow tests to run on other skins.
