Labs seems to have a different set of fonts installed vs. production. (I know
this because librsvg renders Chinese-language SVGs differently on Labs to
production.)
More specifically, if fc-list is to be believed, Tools is missing some ~200
fonts installed in production, including all non-Western fonts.
I'm hoping this should be as easy as importing the required font packages as
described at [1].
