mingle.corp.wikimedia.org is now read-only (unless some projects are not still)
and was moved to wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com: set up redirects, or people
won't notice they're looking at outdated stuff (and links will break once the
instance is removed).
Note, some projects were also renamed, e.g.
https://mingle.corp.wikimedia.org/projects/internationalization/ ->
https://wikimedia.mingle.thoughtworks.com/projects/language_engineering/ .
