Screenshot of notification

Replicate like this:

- Make an edit to a page
- Get thanked for that edit
- Page is then deleted

This produces a thanks notification that refers to "[no page]". This is
awkward, and I propose that either we retain the normal link which would go to
the redlink state for a deleted page, or explicitly say "deleted page".

This may be specific to Thanks, but I suspect it's also true of mentions etc.
