In compat, page.Save can be passed sysop=True to force a sysop edit; in core,
the edit just errors out:
"pywikibot.exceptions.PageNotSaved: [[MediaWiki:Gadget-false-blue-links.js]]:
protectednamespace-interface: You're not allowed to
edit interface messages"
