Changing group does not update group description on Special:Translate
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to URL.
Observed:
I. The text "This message group shows new and changed messages." is displayed
in class "description". This is expected behavior.
2. Open the group selector by clicking "All".
3. Select "Blockly"
Observed:
II. The text "This message group shows new and changed messages." is still
visible.
Expected:
III. Text changes to "A message group for Blockly", which is displayed if the
page after (3) is reloaded.
