I personally think the IP is only useful for identifying patterns in watchlist
activity which seems a bit advanced for what a mobile user might want to
achieve. What would be better is to group them in the watchlist view to say
they are related by IP. It means **** all to a non-wikipedian/non-techy (do the
mother test).

I'm not sure copying desktops and linking to contributions or a user page is a
good idea as it might give the impression it is some kind of username. Maybe
linking to Special:Contributions and having a different message at the top of
the page saying "Edits from anonymous users at this location" or similar might
help alleviate this confusion (avoid word IP and make clear it is not
necessarily a specific user)
