Several bugs are currently blocked or at least heavily slowed down by the
apparently manual deployment of wikibugs to mchenry. Instead wikibugs should
be properly puppetized to remove those barriers.
Some comments claim that puppetizing wikibugs requires a prior move of the mail
server from mchenry to a new host. If so, please open another bug as a
dependency.
