Hmm, maybe. As far as I remember, "DBQ" was just another Toolserver project.
Its equivalent would be tools.wmflabs.org/dbq/ nowadays, I guess (though
tools.wmflabs.org/tsreports/ fills a similar role). I'm not sure whether we'll
be using Wikimedia Bugzilla (categories) for individual Labs projects, though
we've probably already started...

Additionally, we don't want people creating tickets for individual database
query requests here, right? For example, "I want to know how many usernames
contain 'butt' that were created between 2010 and today on the English
Wikipedia". Do you want people to file _those_ type of tickets here? I think
having "Database Queries" as a component would naturally lead to that.
