As a follow-up to the creation of a Chinese Wikivoyage project (bug 59077), it
should have its search index created and populated (with CirrusSearch being its
primary search backend).
If I understand correctly, this should best happen after bug 59077 is RESOLVED
FIXED /and/ after the project's content is imported from its current location
inside the Incubator.
