Uploading a file which was already uploaded earlier results in the 'another
file'-warning. (c.f.
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/attachment.cgi?id=11445&action=edit )
However the link in this warning does _not_ link to the previously deleted or
uploaded duplicate.
