remoteExtPath in all the Resources.php files is hardcoded and assumes stuff is
located in the usual place.
e.g.
http://localhost/extensions/Wikibase/lib/resources/jquery.wikibase/jquery.wikibase.entityview.js
If we want to bundle all the Wikibase extensions into a single git repo or
such, then resources are missing, messages may not work in js or js may not
work at all.
To reproduce, you need to move (or remove) the Wikibase from the old location
so it is not loading that stuff, like would be the case.
