Hello,
I have noticed on [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elbrus] that the .Gif
[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Elbrus_3D_version_1.gif] is in a constant
state of Animation. This is highly distracting when trying to read the article
and it seems inefficient and unnecessary.
I was wondering if there was a way to implement an active state only when the
.Gif is hovered over with someone's pointer. I seem to recall that there is a
way to do this in CSS but i'm unsure.
Could this be done on the software or would i be able to just do an edit and
enter some code on the page's source?
Thanks,
Cesdeva
