No.

If the box is entirely generated by javascript, make sure the associated
stylesheet in the same module (ResourceLoader will load the styles before
executing the script).

If the box is generated server-side, the associated stylesheet should be part
of a module (not a separate module per se) that has position=top, and load it
with addModules (not use addModuleStyles)
